For our CFO – Bruce MacLean – chocolate-making isn’t just a hobby—it’s a lifelong passion. Taught by his grandmother at the age of 10, he has spent years perfecting his craft, creating chocolates that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.

Every piece is handcrafted with the finest ingredients, ensuring that each bite reflects Bruce’s dedication to the art of chocolate-making. Unlike most chocolatiers who work with pre-made chocolate, Bruce starts at the source—personally selecting cocoa beans from around the world and roasting them to his exact specifications. From bean to bar, he meticulously crafts his own dark, milk, and white chocolate before transforming it into the bars, truffles, and confections you receive.

Dark Chocolate: cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, sugar

Milk Chocolate: cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder

White Chocolate: cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, sunflower lecithin

Truffle ingredients: cream, sugar, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, glucose, butter, vanilla bean, coffee bean, cardamom, sorbitol, invert sugar, Maldon salt

Colors:  a wide range of colored cocoa butters and luster dusts are used in the production of these Bonbons including E171 Titanium Dioxide, as well as E-free colors
